As a former Submarine Officer and Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy, H.B. was entrusted with the supervision and control of some of the most advanced technology ever designed. H.B. also earned his certification as a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) from the Wharton Business School.
